Property Wise Referrals · Under development

A clear handoff.
Accountable follow-through.

We are preparing a consent-based referral process with defined responsibilities and lead-return expectations. Client intake, assignment, payments, and automated messages are not active.

Not accepting client referrals yet.

Do not send client details, documents, or consent records through the general contact form. You may discuss professional collaboration using your own business contact information.

The proposed process

  1. Secure intake would record the sender, proposed receiving agent and brokerage, property jurisdiction, service need, and documented client permission for a specific purpose and recipient.
  2. Review would confirm licensing, brokerage permissions, scope, conflicts, availability, privacy requirements, and applicable referral rules.
  3. An agent would accept or decline and acknowledge the professional standards. A course alone would not establish approval.
  4. Track receipt, contact, actionable follow-up, completion, and exceptions with a private event history.
  5. Return a lead through the system if the agent cannot meet the standard. A further introduction would require fresh review and appropriate client permission.

The client would remain free to decline an introduction or choose another professional. Consent to an introduction would not automatically create representation or marketing consent.

Proposed accountability standards

Accountability

Acknowledge receipt immediately. The proposed standard is initial contact within 24 calendar hours and an actionable next step within 72 calendar hours. Preferred targets are 3 and 48 hours. Operational and brokerage review must address time zones and declared availability.

Lead return

Accept only work you can competently manage. Decline or return promptly if you cannot meet the agreed standard. Do not pass a lead to another agent yourself. Return it through the system for consent and brokerage review.

These are proposed programme standards, not a promise of 24/7 service. A declared time-zone and coverage process must be approved before launch.

Fees remain disabled

A proposed $55 intake or processing charge is under review. Currency, payer, permitted activities, brokerage treatment, disclosures, taxes, and refund terms have not been approved. No charge is being collected. The fee label alone does not determine whether it is permitted.
