Property Wise and Decision Authority are educational brands, not brokerages. An account does not create agency, representation, a paid service agreement, or an entitlement to a course.

Secure sign-in is provided through ChatGPT. You will return to Property Wise after signing in.

What this account does

It provides access to the interactive assessment. It does not currently store assessment answers, completed worksheets, or a Buyer or Seller File. You can download a completed assessment summary to your own device. This is a snapshot, not a complete Decision File. Keep copies of your own work. Course purchases and access remain subject to the course platform’s terms and availability.

Your course account

Existing course access remains on Thinkific. Signing in here does not sign you into your courses or change your enrolments.
